A customer called in today to our tech support, and couldn't get his TEXA off-highway software connected to a Case ZX350D. He had the 9-pin cable plugged in, and power to his TXT box.

You need to always be careful with equipment. They often have more then 1 diagnostic port. In this situation, his Case ZX350D had two connectors in the dash -- OBDII and a standard 9-pin. In this case, the software does prompt you for 2 different connection options, and there is a video that shows where the connection are.

The first clue would be that the software is asking you to pick a cable. If this is the case, make sure to look at both options or call our technical support (888-983-1975 x2) if you need assistance. That is what they are here for!
