• A customer purchases a kit from another dealer but would like the top-notch support provided by Diesel Laptops.

• A customer purchases a kit from Diesel Laptops and sells it to another user.

• A customer purchases a kit from another user who purchased it from a different dealer, and would like Diesel Laptops' support.

TEXA Change of Customer and Change of Dealer Forms

When a TEXA kit is sold from one customer to another (when Diesel Laptops is the current dealer), a Change of Customer form must be filled out and sent to Customer Support (CustomerSupport@diesellaptops.com). Customer Support will take care of submitting the form to TEXA and tracking its progress.

When a TEXA kit has been sold to a customer by another dealer, and the customer would like to make Diesel Laptops their new preferred dealer, a Change of Dealer form must be filled out BY CUSTOMER and sent to Customer Support (CustomerSupport@diesellaptops.com). Customer Service will take care of submitting the form to TEXA and tracking its progress.

Jaltest Change of Ownership and Distributor Change Request Form
