We guarantee that every Diesel Laptops diagnostic subscription solution will perform as promised. If, within 30 days of your purchase, the product does not perform as promised, we will work with you to make it right, guaranteed.
How the Guarantee Works

- Applies to all Diesel Laptops diagnostic subscription solutions.
- The guarantee period begins on the date of product delivery.
- The guarantee may be subject to customer completion of the Diesel Laptop product specific training.

- Our solutions are guaranteed to perform the core diagnostic functions advertised for supported vehicles and systems.
- If you experience issues preventing the product from performing as intended, our customer support team will provide full assistance to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

If We Can't Fix It. You're Covered
- If our support team cannot resolve the performance issue(s), you may request a replacement or a contract cancellation, depending on your preference.

Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
- Network or computer system issues unrelated to Diesel Laptops software or hardware.
- Compatibility problems caused by unsupported vehicles or third-party software or hardware.

60-Day Return Policy
Customers are eligible for return within 60 days of unit delivery if they meet the following criteria:
- Unit is not purchased through an outside financing company.
- The customer has participated in the Onboarding Program.
- The customer has completed the Texa or Jaltest DLU training course.
- Users requesting return due to functionality or technical issues must speak with our technical support team to troubleshoot and verify issues prior to proceeding with return.
15% Restocking Fee
These products are subject to a restock rate of 15 percent of the original purchase price. Unit must be in like new condition to be considered for return. Damage or wear will result in additional restocking fees.
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Certain products can not be returned and do not qualify for refund:
- OEM Software
- Licensed Software
- Module Add-Ons
- Renewal Support Packages
- Other products as listed
Item-Specific Policies
Diesel Handheld 2, Diesel Handheld Pro, and Diesel Tablet 2: Customers are eligible for return within 30 days of unit delivery if they completed the associated DLU training course for their product.
TEXA cables, JALTEST cables, and Diesel Laptops Cables: Customers are eligible for return within 30 days of unit delivery. Item must be unused and include original manufacturer packaging.
