To request a replacement from Diesel Laptops, please fill out the form below. Fill in all fields with a detailed message letting us know which item you would like to return and have replaced. Please note, you will need to provide your Support ID number in the form below. Your Support ID can be found by clicking the Diesel Laptops Icon on your desktop (figure 1 below.) Once clicked, a pop-up will appear with your ID (figure 2 below.) If you are unable to obtain your Support ID for any reason, please call technical support at 888-983-1975 option 2.

All replacements will be processed within 48 hours, and then shipped overnight.

PLEASE NOTE - As of January 2019, Diesel Laptops can only install Windows 10 on all replacement units. We can no longer license Windows 7.

Why do we ask for your credit card number?

Diesel Laptops will send a replacement item with the expectation that the original item is returned within 30 days of purchase.  If the original item is not returned within 30 days, Diesel Laptops will use the credit card on file to charge the full retail price of that item.
