Our IT professionals host a variety of certifications in areas relating to hardware, software, and security.  Our team of diagnostic experts have come to us from the garages of truck, off-highway, and marine shops just like yours.  Combined they have over 100 years of diverse experience, maintaining certifications related but not limited to International, Cummins, Paccar, Mercedes/Detroit, Ford, CAT, Komatsu, Case, and John Deere. 

We never stop learning.

Our technicians continue to learn and train through Diesel Laptops specialized training classes, LinkedIn Learning, in addition to a vast array of other resources to keep current and certified on the technical trends in this continuously evolving industry.

In an effort to help as many customers as possible, we have technicians that are fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese.  We will continue to do our best to diversify our team in the best way possible to provide a full coverage of care to our customers.
