The DieselCare Premium Coverage Program offers added protection that goes beyond any other warranty or support package on the market today. While some packages replace components due to factory defects, they won't cover accidental damage, complete loss, or theft. For that level of protection, you'll need DieselCare.

Program Overview

DieselCare grants you a free replacement item if you experience extreme circumstances that go beyond typical warranty coverage. This plan covers:

  • Accidental Damage
  • Complete Loss
  • Stolen Equipment

Eligibility & Terms

All products purchased from Diesel Laptops are eligible. You've got three windows to purchase a DieselCare plan:

  • With the initial purchase of your product.
  • Up to 90 days after your initial purchase. (Call us at 888-983-1975 x1 so we can apply it to the correct invoice.)
  • When you're purchasing a renewal for your diagnostic kit.

Note: Your coverage starts the day you purchase the plan or it'll be backdated to the original invoice date if you're within that 90-day window.

What's Covered?

DieselCare's intended to cover the situations that fall outside a normal warranty. These include:

  • Running over equipment with a vehicle
  • Dropping your equipment
  • Water or fire damage
  • Static discharge damage

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does coverage last?
Your coverage lasts for 365 days. If you're renewing your diagnostic software, we recommend renewing DieselCare at the same time.

Can I file more than one claim?
You can file up to two claims per year. Claims covered under standard manufacturer warranties don't count toward this limit.

Is there a cost for filing a claim?
There's no cost to initiate a claim. We'll even cover the standard ground shipping for any replacement parts or units.

How do I start a claim?
Call 888-983-1975 x1 to get an authorization number. Once you've got that, you'll finish the process on our online claims form. Our goal's to get you back up and running with a functional replacement unit as fast as possible.
