For customers who have previously purchased Premium Tech Tool (PTT) for either Mack, Volvo, or Combo (Mack & Volvo), this item is for the optional annual renewal.
License Processing Time
Please note that your login email and password credentials are needed to update your Premium Tech Tool license. Provide your login email and password in the Support ID box at checkout. Not providing your login information may delay your license. After we receive your login information, there is an approximate 5–10 business days turnaround time on Premium Tech Tool renewal licenses once the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your license has been updated. No license installation is needed on a PTT renewal.
About the Premium Tech Tool (PTT) Volvo Mack Annual Updates Renewal
This annual renewal entitles you to the following for another 12 months:
- Software updates
- Technical support from both Tech Tool and Diesel Laptops
- Advanced diagnostic features such as Guided Diagnostics
- Ability to pull down truck information from Central Systems
If you have not previously purchased this software, you will need to purchase it in a complete kit or consider purchasing the software individually.
