• TEXA IDC5 Truck 51.2.0 Update

    TEXA’s diagnostic software application, IDC5, has been updated to version 51.2.0. With this release, the system has updated many of its North American Heavy Duty Diagnostics, is as fast as ever, and ensures virtually instant communication with a vehicle’s control units.

    HEAVY DUTY DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM (NORTH AMERICA)

    ALLISON TRANSMISSION:

    Updated the “Allison Generation 5” system.

    CUMMINS Engine:

    Updated the “Cummins J1708 Core 1” diesel injection system.

    DETROIT Engine:

    Updated the “Detroit – MBE EPA 07 → GHG” diesel injection system.

    FREIGHTLINER:

    Updated for the Detroit Diesel - Mercedes Benz model the following systems:

    • “CGW Central Gateway”;

    • “SAM Cabin module”;

    • “ICU Instrumentation panel”;

    • “(HVAC) Climate control unit”;

    • “DCMP Passenger’s door”;

    • “DCMD Driver’s door”;

    • “PPC Predictive powertrain control”;

    • “Detroit – MBE Powertrain Control”

    Unlocked the camera height parametrization and the radar calibration for Detroit Assurance 2.0.

    MACK:

    Updated the “Engine control unit” diesel injection system for the Mack IV Generation with DEUTSCH 9 PIN connector model.

    Updated the “EMS Engine management system” diesel injection system for the Mack IV+ Generation with OBD II 16 PIN connector model.

    VOLVO TRUCK:

    Update the “Bosch EDC UIS/PDE” diesel injection system for the Vehicles with DEUTSCH 9 PIN connector model.

    Update the “EMS Engine management system” diesel injection system for the Vehicles with DEUTSCH 9 PIN connector model.

    DASHBOARD UPDATES

    Developed a new type of dashboard with interactive components and buttons.

    HINO:

    Developed new dashboards for the “Denso Common Rail Diagnosis on line K” diesel injection system. Developed new dashboards for the “SCR Urea Dosing Control Unit (DCU)” system.

    KENWORTH:

    Developed new TGS3 dashboards for the Caterpillar model.

    Developed new TGS3 dashboards for the Detroit Diesel - Mercedes Benz model.

    Developed new TGS3 dashboards for the Paccar model.

    VOLVO TRUCK:

    Developed new TGS3 dashboards for the FM (M.Y. 2013) model. Developed new dashboards for the “EDC UIS/ PDE” diesel injection system.

    Developed new dashboards with interactive buttons for the “Rear Suspensions (RCIOM control unit)” system.

    WIRING DIAGRAMS

    CATERPILLAR:

    Developed new wiring diagrams for the “Caterpillar [--/00>]” diesel injection system.

    Developed new wiring diagrams for the “International Navistar-MaxxForce” diesel injection system.

    TECHNICAL BULLETINS

    VOLVO TRUCK:

    Developed new “Shifting into neutral with transmission disassembled” technical sheets. ZF Transmission Developed new “Location of the components” technical sheets for the “ZF TraXon”.
