Diesel Training - The DL Episode 20

In the latest episode of The DL, Diesel Laptops Founder and CEO, Tyler Robertson, is joined by Dustin Carnes, the Training Manager for Diesel Laptops. Dustin has a background in Electrical Engineering with more than twelve years of experience as a Diesel Technician.
Dustin worked with Tyler at a previous employer so Tyler was familiar with his work and decided to bring him on board at Diesel Laptops in January 2018 to create and implement an in-house training program at Diesel Laptops.
The training program began with online-only webinars teaching the basics of TEXA software. The offerings have expanded to include a series of free webinars as well as premium paid webinars.
Live In-person Training
In July of 2018 Diesel Laptops Training Center began offering in-person classes to teach valuable skills for technicians to use in the real world, such as Electrical Diagnostics, Aftertreatment and Emissions Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and computer software training for TEXA, Cojali and Maxxforce.
American Diesel Training Centers
In 2019 the Diesel Laptops Training Center partnered with American Diesel Training Centers and began offering classes in Florida, Michigan, Missouri, and Ohio. For a full list of live, in-person classes, please click the link below.
Diesel Laptops University
Diesel Laptops Training Center also offers a variety of online learning opportunities through Diesel Laptops University (DLU.) Each course was developed by ASE-certified professionals and includes a combination of text, videos, animations, and interactive simulations. All text content can be read aloud to the learner via our Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature and all videos are Closed Captioned. In addition, the text can be translated to over 50 different languages. Over 100,000 learners have used these proven courses to develop their skills in automotive and diesel technology.
