GPA Training - The DL Season 2 Episode 2
In the latest episode of The DL, Diesel Laptops Founder and CEO, Tyler Robertson, is joined by Ian Coburn, long-time trainer, speaker and leadership developer and author of "The Customer Is Never Right."
Before getting into training, Ian was a stand-up comedian. After spending time in Los Angeles doing comedy, he left the industry for a career in sales.

In 2016 Navistar was looking for someone outside the industry to do sales training from a different perspective. They reached out to Ian and he began training their sales team. He quickly went from doing thirty-minute lectures to full-day training events.
Ian trained across dozens of industries over nearly twenty years, building top sales and leadership teams from scratch, as well as overhauling customer service and sales departments. Here, he focuses on using GPA in truck, automotive and bus, industries typically overlooked by soft skills training professionals.
