What eTechnician Does

eTechnician is built to keep modern trucking operations ahead of the curve, delivering both the data and the backup you need to stay competitive in a rapidly changing industry.

For the first time, truly powerful heavy-duty diagnostics are right at home on your PC. eTechnician brings broad coverage across your entire operation—from commercial vehicles all the way down to light- and medium-duty trucks—so you can quickly diagnose engines, transmissions, brakes, body and chassis systems, and much more.

Beyond live diagnostics, eTechnician™ also tracks your fleet’s story over time. Cloud-based, fleetwide vehicle history captures every diagnostic session on every vehicle, no matter where it’s located, giving you a complete picture of performance and repairs.

To take troubleshooting even deeper, eTechnician now integrates Mitchell1 RepairConnect™ fault code information, helping technicians move from code to confident repair decisions faster than ever.
