Our Basic (Level 1) support package will keep your software updated and gives you the ability to utilize our technical support staff for all of your basic needs. This package includes:

• 12 Months of Updates for TEXA Truck Software
• 12 Months of Updates for DTC Solutions
• Basic support for connection & software related issues.

NOTE: The TEXA Truck software package will never expire, but updated are only free for the first year. After the first year we offer several options for our customers, which we will outline here. It needs to be noted that when people first think “updates” they assume it means that updates are for newer equipment only. This is not true in the case of the TEXA. Previous updates have expanded the product line by adding coverages for ThermoKing, Ford Diesel F250-F550, Chevy Diesel, and Dodge diesel engines to just name a few. New features are also constantly being added such as the VIN decoder, technical information, and computer-less road trip feature.
